It costs $1000 and does the same as a $200 phone

In Australia an iPhone 3GS is currently $900 – $1100 dollars depending on the model. You can buy much cheaper phones that plays MP3s, make phone calls and run 3rd party apps. Some of them even come in a choice of colours.
