Apple gives the consumer WHAT THEY WANT not what they think the consumer wants. Apple is successful because the turn the standard features-features-features mode of product management on it&#039;s head. They deliver ONLY what the customer wants - and use a proprietary framework to ensure that the customer&#039;s experience is totally predictable.

Evil - no. Monopolistic - not nearly. Lack innovation - where have you been?</description>
